Scott is a highly qualified and experienced Therapist, who has delivered talks and workshops on managing stress and anxiety to over 1500 people since January 2024 alone!

 

Specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and being Registered and Accredited with the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), Scott has written on the subject of managing stress and anxiety nationally for the BACP and locally for 'Breathe' Wellbeing Magazine, GOJ and the JEP.

This CPD Accredited, interactive workshop explores stress and anxiety in the workplace and equips delegates with 8, evidence-based strategies that they can use to help manage work related stress and anxiety more effectively. Grounded in research and including practical, solution focused strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), this workshop will equip your team with the tools they need to manage stress and anxiety and improve their overall mental health.

This CPD Accredited, interactive workshop explores anxiety in depth and equips delegates with a range of evidence-based strategies and concepts from CBT that they can use to understand and manage anxiety more effectively. Grounded in research and focused on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, this workshop will equip your team with the knowledge and tools that they need to understand anxiety and manage it effectively.

This interactive workshop explores the concept of emotions and emotional regulation and equips delegates with a range of evidence-based strategies to help effectively understanding and managing emotions.

As well as being a therapist specialising in CBT for stress and anxiety, Scott is also a former multiple, British and Channel Island surfing champion who himself had a 20 year struggle with social anxiety. In this stigma busting workshop, hear about Scott's personal and professional insights into the stigma surrounding men's mental health, the barriers that can prevent men from seeking support as well as some of the tools and techniques Scott used to both manage and overcome anxiety.

Scott has written on the subject of exam pressure nationally for the British Association for Counsellor's and Psychotherapists and locally on a number of occasions for the Jersey Evening Post. If your team are taking professional exams and qualifications and want to learn how to manage exam pressure and nerves to enable them to perform at their best, then this in-depth course will equip them with a range of proven tools and techniques to help effectively manage exam pressure.

Managing ADHD at Work: Key Challenges and Strategies

Scott has years of specialist experience working as a Therapist for a neurodevelopmental service, providing talk therapy to adults and young people diagnosed with Autism and ADHD. In this interactive workshop, learn about the key challenges associated with ADHD in the workplace and learn evidence-based strategies to help.
