Passionate About Mental Health and Wellbeing

I am an experienced, Integrative BACP Accredited Therapist specialising in the application of CBT for anxiety, as well as being the founder of the Exam Pressure Solutions Programme.

With degree level qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Youth Counselling and a Masters degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice, you can be assured that the theoretical knowledge underpinning my practice is comprehensive. I am experienced in working with a wide range of client groups, including those with highly complex mental health presentations.

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, awarded in recognition of 'the achievement of high standards of knowledge, experience and development in counselling and psychotherapy' and practice in line with the BACPs Ethical Framework. In addition, I am a Jersey Care Commission registered Therapist, enhanced DBS checked, have professional indemnity insurance and have extensive safeguarding training and experience.

On a personal level, I'm a committed husband and father to my two young daughters, year round daily sea swimmer and passionate surfer of 40 years!

Whether it's through one to one therapy or one of the talks and workshops that I run, I'm passionate about helping my clients to learn effective ways of managing the difficulties they are experiencing.
